Should the presence of the studio be required ahead of the main schedule to capture behind-the-scenes footage, rehearsals, or event briefings, this pre-event duration must be fully accounted for and factored into the total booked service hours. 如需攝影團隊預先到場拍攝幕後花絮、活動綵排、工作簡報（Briefing）等，相關之提前到場時間均須悉數計入當日的總服務預約時段之內。
